This elegant wine is named after our adopted daughter, Dan Ying. It celebrates the time of year when we harvest our grapes and commemorate her joining our family. ‘Dan’ means the essence of red – like this wine – strong and vibrant. ‘Ying’ translates to a singing bird.
Both sing a symphony of nature, one with voice, one from the vines. This wine celebrates the wonder and joy of Dan Ying’s life – enjoy!
